This Privacy Policy describes how SuperDVB (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with our mobile application DTVPlayer (the “App”).

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location data.

We do not access, upload, or share the contents of your media files, channel lists, or recordings. All playback data remains on your device.

2. Permissions We Request and Why

USB Host / USB Device Access: Required to communicate with your connected USB DTV tuner. This permission is used only to detect and initialize the hardware.
Storage / Media Access: Used only if you choose to record live TV or save channel lists.
Files are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to us.
Network Access: Used only if you enable online features such as channel list updates or crash reporting. No personal data is transmitted.

3. Supported Broadcast Standards

The App is designed to work with a variety of USB DVB tuners. The actual supported standards depend on the hardware capabilities of the connected tuner and the region of use.

Supported standards may include, but are not limited to:

DVB-S / DVB-S2 (Satellite)
DVB-T / DVB-T2 (Terrestrial)
DVB-C (Cable)
ISDB-T, ATSC, DTMB (subject to hardware and regional compatibility)

We do not provide TV channels or streaming content. The App only plays signals received through your own USB DTV hardware.

4. Third-Party Services

If the App includes third-party SDKs (such as analytics or crash reporting tools),

these SDKs may collect anonymous diagnostic data (e.g., device model, OS version, crash logs) solely to improve app stability.

We do not link this data to your identity.

5. Data Security

We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Any data generated by the App is kept locally on your device

and is subject to your device’s own security protections.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
